51ÁÔÆæÈë¿Ú is a respected and influential voice on public policy issues, from town halls to the U.S. Capitol. We have the power to convene diverse stakeholders to solve even the toughest problems. 

51ÁÔÆæÈë¿Ú’s members are four times as likely to be opinion leaders, with interest and involvement in policy issues. Thousands take action as 51ÁÔÆæÈë¿Ú Activists. We mobilize this formidable force through communications outreach and chapter-based grassroots training. It is how we bring the full power of 51ÁÔÆæÈë¿Ú to bear on behalf of legislation addressing issues such as bird conservation, ecosystem restoration, and clean air and water. And as we further align and strengthen our network, 51ÁÔÆæÈë¿Ú will become an even more powerful advocate for birds and the environment.

2027 Conservation Action Agenda

Hundreds of conservation leaders, 51ÁÔÆæÈë¿Ú members, and 51ÁÔÆæÈë¿Ú staff participated in 51ÁÔÆæÈë¿Ú Assembly to set 51ÁÔÆæÈë¿Ú Florida's 2027 Action Agenda. The agenda provides members, chapter leaders, directors, staff, and the public with summary statements of our policy and conservation positions. The 2027 Conservation Action Agenda is the only statewide conservation agenda in Florida that uses an open process to set its policy agenda, with all stakeholders invited to participate. Regional priorities unite 51ÁÔÆæÈë¿Ú Florida chapters in seven regions.
